We collect your Personal Information on the Site in order to enhance the services we offer you. We collect Personal Information from you only when you voluntarily submit it in order to obtain certain services or information, including (a) registrations for special communications, such as saving a search for you and, but only if you request it, sending you new listings that fit the profile of your saved search; (b) requests to find a property, to list your property, and to find a sales associate; (c) requests to contact us; (d) requests to receive periodic industry updates; (e) requests to e-mail a listing to a friend; and (f) applications for employment.
COLLECTION OF NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
In addition, Daforte collects certain information that you do not visibly enter, such as your IP address, browsing pattern on the Site, click stream data, HTTP protocol elements, and the status of cookies placed on your computer by Daforte. This information ("Non-Personal Information") cannot be used to identify you personally and is explained in more detail below under "Non-Personal Information".

Only authorized Daforte personnel are provided access to personally-identifiable information, and these employees are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, Daforte, however, cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personally-identifiable information.
CHANGE AND/OR DELETE INFORMATION
You may access, correct, update, and/or delete as the case may be, any personally-identifiable information that you submit to Daforte through this Site or through other means. CHILDREN
Daforte understands the importance of protecting children's privacy, especially in an on-line environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger, and Daforte will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under this age.
